Each participating home receives a Yard Sale Kit, which includes:
- A balloon and ribbon to tie to the tree in your front yard to mark your home as a participant in the community yard sale. This prevents strangers from entering an open garage where a non-participant may be entering or exiting their home.
- A pricing marker
- A pack of pricing stickers (300 count)
- “Caution Do Not Enter” tape to tape off areas of your garage that are not for sale.
- Shared advertising and paid promotion for the event. The fee ensures everyone is visible and supported.
- Community Banner to put in front of Cresswind to attract shoppers from outside.
